By using Loyol, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Loyol is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY / OWNER NAME].

Loyol lets you discover local businesses and carry their loyalty cards as passes in your phone’s wallet, earning stamps and rewards. Rewards and their terms are set by each participating business, not by Loyol.

You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for the phone number associated with your account and for activity under it. You may delete your account at any time from the You tab in the app.

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
• Attempt to earn stamps or rewards fraudulently, or interfere with the service.
• Access the service by any automated means except as expressly permitted.
